About us
Will & Agency is an interdisciplinary consulting firm that combines qualitative research, ethnography, design methods, and AI-driven analysis to create strategic insights for clients in Denmark and abroad. We have worked with people from the European film industry to sustainability, biotechnology, mobility, and the public sector. Since a portion of our work takes place outside of Denmark, we welcome both Danish and international interns.

As an intern at Will & Agency, you will have the opportunity to use your analytical skills to work at the intersection of anthropology, strategy, and AI tools. You will contribute to data collection, analysis, and strategy development as an active member of the project team and discover the wide range of possibilities that emerge when combining these methods. Several of us began our careers as interns ourselves, so we understand how important it is that you have a meaningful internship experience with plenty of learning along the way.

Typical tasks in a project include:

• Interviews and fieldwork – both in person and digitally, where you will gain experience combining AI analysis and anthropology, including through mobile ethnography.
• Participant coordination – managing direct communication and ensuring participant follow-through during projects.
• Analysis workshops – pattern recognition and development of insights.
• Report writing – communicating and presenting findings to clients. 
  

You will also play a crucial part in designing and testing the future of qualitative research by designing and developing facial emotion recognition-capabilities and rethink image-based analysis. 

We are looking for ambitious students who:

• Are currently enrolled in university within fields such as Anthropology, Social Data Science, Applied Cultural Analysis, Service or Strategic Design, Cognitive Science, or similar areas.
• Have a passion for qualitative methods and research.
• Are analytically strong and able to identify patterns in complex data.
• Possess strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Speak fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Have experience working with PowerPoint.

Practical information

The internship will take place at our office in Copenhagen starting in Spring 2026 (depending on your study program) and will run for approximately five months, with a workload of around 37 hours per week. You will receive a monthly stipend.
